A filmmaker’s eye.
A personal approach.
aFILMativo is the creative practice of Carlos “Neuma” Gutiérrez, a Puerto Rican filmmaker and photographer based in Dallas. His work spans wedding films, business content, portraits, food, live events, music videos and narrative projects.
Experience in camera departments and focus pulling informs the care behind each production. Work directly with Carlos, with editors and production collaborators brought in to suit the project.

Do I need a complete idea before reaching out?
No. A goal, a rough timeline and an idea of where the content will be used are enough to start. Creative planning can be part of your project.
Can I book just photos or just video?
Yes. Book either service on its own, combine them for a project or build a recurring content plan.
Where do you work?
Based in Dallas and serving Dallas–Fort Worth. We work in English and Spanish. Share your location when you inquire so we can plan the shoot.
How are projects priced?
By the creative scope, shoot requirements and final deliverables. You receive a written proposal before booking, with any travel, talent or special production needs identified.
